So it has been a while since I took pictures off of my camera. I sat down today to do a post on our Easter activities and found pictures from our February snow storm. So, today it it is "2 posts for the price of 1".
Here is what it looked like at our house after we received close to 18 inches of snow in February. (Don't you love the teenager?....he wore shorts to school all winter...and to shovel snow.)
Can you find me behind the pile?
Nothing like getting the stairs shoveled out only to have the 18" fall off of the roof and fill it all back in.
Notice the black fences back on the road. Those are our trash enclosures and the gates get all plowed in and then we get to shovel them out.
P doing a little shoveling too.
You can barely see the roof of the civic above the pile on the right.
All of the snow made for a great opportunity to create a huge snow cave. I helped B and P dig one out of a snow pile in just a couple of hours one afternoon. Here is P doing some of the digging.
I crawled in the opening and took this picture. It was big enough for B to sit up and for them both to stretch out in.
