Because it was wacky tacky day at school. She even wore two different shoes although she doesn't have them on in this picture. And if you can't tell, her shirt is inside out. You gotta love this girl for her creativity and fun. (And yes, her hair stayed like that all day. This picture was taken at the end of the day. Even pre-storm winds didn't blow it over.)

I was in the bathroom with lots of hairspray and a blow dryer. I was going to be a unicorn but my bangs were to long. When I got to social studies my teacher said I look like Cindy Loo Who from when the Grinch stole Christmas. :-) C
