Icicles

Last Friday we had a major snowfall. Then on Saturday and Sunday the sun came out and warmed things up a bit. When we drove home from church on Sunday we noticed icicles hanging from the roofs all over post. They are so pretty.

The longest one on our hose was hanging outside of B's bedroom window. (Above and far left) We've been watching it grow. Today, we decided we'd take a picture of it.

...and try to measure it.

It is well over 3 feet long.

We're not sure how much longer it will survive since we have a major storm coming tonight with a potential for over a foot of snow and wind too.
