After traveling around the country in a trailer for 5 years, Mom and Dad now own a home again so it was time for a family reunion.
We were all excited to gather at their place in the suburbs of Louisville and spend some days hanging out together. I should have taken more pictures but I was having too much fun visiting.
I know that most everyone who reads this blog was at the reunion and doesn't need to read about what we did, but since this blog is also my family history, I am going to write some.
The week started with just the immediate family of my parents.
There was a river boat dinner cruise....
| The 2 oldest and youngest (not counting the baby) showed us their personalities. |
A trip to the Louisville Slugger Museum...

| A nephew who loved posing for pictures. |
| More posing
Gifts of a homemade bow and quiver for every niece and nephew from Uncle W. This became the preferred activity of week.

On Friday the extended family arrived. All of the living descendants of my my Grandma and Grandpa Erath minus 1 uncle who passed away already, one cousin and wife and son who couldn't make it, and another cousin's daughter who couldn't make it. Once we were all together, I was so busy enjoying everyone's company that I forgot to take many pictures.
I hope we don't have to wait another 26 years before we do this again.
