She wanted to make her own "cake" this year, chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter frosting. She and C made the cupcakes and then P invited her really good friend over to help decorate them. The two of them did a great job of using the decorator tips and swirling the frosting on.
They decorated 48 cupcakes since tonight was Chaplain's Time with the new cadets. We put candles in some, sang Happy Birthday to P, and then packed up all of the cupcakes and took them to Chaplain's time to share with the new cadets. Everyone loved them.
C got to be a pioneer for 4 days on our Stake YM/YW trek. She had a great time. Thanks to Grandma E who helped get her apron, bonnet, and bloomers sewn she she was out visiting in May.
